Barb comes to the Real Estate profession with a wealth of experience in sales and sales leadership positions, spending her entire career loyally with one Fortune 500 company. Her friendly approach and high level of customer care combined with her strong negotiating skills is guaranteed to make buying or selling a home a win-win experience. In addition, Barb earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University while also playing on the Women’s Varsity Soccer team. A true team player and ultimate multi-tasker, Barb now transfers these skills into creating successful customer experiences in real estate.

Ruth Ilios
A born and bred Beach-er, Ruth has been passionate about Real Estate and Administration since her first days in the industry over 15 years ago. Studying for her Bachelor of Arts and Teaching degrees at Western University, Ruth complimented her studies with invaluable skills from a multitude of different real estate positions that now includes being a registered Sales Representative. She knows firsthand the importance that planning, organization and attention to detail can make to any transaction and is highly committed to ensuring a VIP experience for each client.
Outside of Real Estate, Ruth enjoys camping, dancing and cross-stitching, and is one the biggest Toronto sports fans you’ll ever meet, even having worked as a cheerleader for the Toronto Blue Jays!
Tristin Thompson
Tristin enters the Real Estate Industry with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Commerce at Ryerson University with a designation in Marketing & Real Estate. Working in the Hospitality industry is where she realized her love of working with people and providing them with an experience that left them happier than expected. Real Estate is the perfect industry for her to put her education, as well as her love of working with people, into a fast-paced environment!
